YELL Consumer Incentives Programs
Early Adoption:
The first 1,000 individuals to become YELL customers will receive a $10 bonus. A YELL customer is defined as an individual who has created a YELL account and completed the onboarding customer verification process. Individuals that qualify for the $10 Early Adopter bonus will also be automatically entered into a raffle to win $500 (see Official Rules for $500 Raffle section below). The $10 bonus will be transferred by YELL into the YELLL FBO account of the customer.
Active Customer:
Any customer will receive a one-time bonus of $10 after spending $100 in qualifying transactions with YELL. Qualifying transactions exclude sending money directly to other YELL customers via direct peer-to-peer transfer. The $10 bonus will be transferred by YELL into the YELL FBO account of the customer.
Referral
Referral bonuses of equal amounts will be provided to both the referring customer and the referred customer upon meeting all qualifications. Each eligible customer can earn a $5 bonus for successfully referring other qualifying YELL customers. Similarly, the referred customer will receive a $5 bonus. To qualify, the referred customer must not have previously held a YELL account, must sign up for a new YELL account using the referring customer’s unique referral link, and must complete the onboarding customer verification process. Each referring customer is limited to a maximum of 10 referrals.
YELL Business Incentives Programs
Early Adoption:
The first 50 businesses to become YELL business customers will receive a $250 bonus. A YELL business customer is defined as (1) a legal business entity, (2) has not previously opened a YELL account (3) who has created a YELL business account and (4) completed the onboarding business customer verification process.
Active Business Customer:
YELL businesses will not pay transaction fees on the first $10,000 accepted as qualifying payments through the YELL ecosystem. Qualifying payments exclude sending or receiving money directly to other YELL users via direct peer-to-peer transfer.
Referral:
Referral bonuses of equal amounts will be provided to both the referring business and the referred business upon meeting all qualifications. Each eligible business can earn a $100 bonus for successfully referring other qualifying YELL businesses. Similarly, the referred business will receive a $100 bonus. To qualify, the referred business must not have previously held a YELL account, must sign up for a new YELL account using the referring business's unique referral link, and must complete the onboarding business verification process. Each referring business is limited to a maximum of 5 referrals.
Official Rules for the Yell Payment $500 Raffle
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor:
The sponsor of this raffle is Yell Services Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 1350 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 3200, New York, NY 10019.
2. Eligibility:
- The raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- To be eligible, participants must have an active Yell Payment account and be among the first 1,000 customers to successfully pass onboarding and have an active account at the time of the drawing.
- Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Yell Inc. and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period:
- The entry period begins at 12:00 AM [Start Date] and ends when the first 1,000 customers complete the onboarding process and have an active account.
4. How to Enter:
- No Purchase Necessary: There is no purchase required to enter the raffle. Participants are automatically entered upon successfully completing the onboarding process and activating their Yell account, provided they are among the first 1,000 customers to do so.
5. Drawing:
- A random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor within 10 business days after the first 1,000 customers have successfully signed up and activated their Yell account.
- Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6. Prizes:
- Each of the five (5) winners will receive a $500 cash prize, which will be deposited into the winner’s Yell Payment account.
- The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $2,500.
7. Odds of Winning:
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Since only the first 1,000 customers are eligible, the maximum odds are 1 in 200.
8. Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided by the entrants.
- To claim the prize, winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.
9. Taxes:
- All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. Publicity:
- By entering the raffle, participants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and any provided information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions:
- The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the raffle if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the raffle, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the raffle or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability:
- By participating in the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless Yell Services Inc. and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
13. Disputes:
- Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this raffle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York
- All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
14. Winners List:
- For a copy of the winners' list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Yell Services Inc., 1350 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 3200, New York, NY 10019 within 30 days after the drawing date.
15. Privacy Policy:
- Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at www.yellpayment.com.
16. Void Where Prohibited:
- The raffle is void where prohibited by law.
