What is the return process on my business platform and how do I change it?

To manage your return policy on YELL, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the “Manage” section and select “Settings.”
  2. Find the “Return Process” option and tap on it.
  3. In the top-right corner, click “Edit Return Process” to modify your return policy.
  4. Depending on the current status, select Enable to turn on the return process or Disable to turn it off.

How do I view and manage notifications sent to Business POS employees?

To view and manage notifications sent to the POS app:

 

  1. Go to the Manage tab, then choose Notifications.

In this page, you can:

  • View a list of all notifications sent to your stores and employees.
  • Use filters to narrow down the list and view specific notifications.
  • Send new notifications by clicking on the Send Notification button in the top-right corner and filling out the details.
  • Export the notification list for records or further use.
