What is the return process on my business platform and how do I change it?
- Navigate to the “Manage” section and select “Settings.”
- Find the “Return Process” option and tap on it.
- In the top-right corner, click “Edit Return Process” to modify your return policy.
- Depending on the current status, select Enable to turn on the return process or Disable to turn it off.
How do I view and manage notifications sent to Business POS employees?
- Go to the Manage tab, then choose Notifications.
In this page, you can:
- View a list of all notifications sent to your stores and employees.
- Use filters to narrow down the list and view specific notifications.
- Send new notifications by clicking on the Send Notification button in the top-right corner and filling out the details.
- Export the notification list for records or further use.
