Depositing to YELL 

  • Bank Transfers/ACH: Free. Transferring funds from a bank account has no fees.
  • Credit Card Transfers: 2.99% fee. A fee of 2.99% applies to transfers made using a credit card.
  • Instant Access: 1.99% fee. Instantly accessing funds incurs a 1.99% fee.

Withdrawing from the YELL Wallet

  • Electronic Withdrawals: 0.5% fee. Transfers to linked bank accounts incur a fee of 0.5%.

Using the YELL card

  • Card Acquisition: Free. Obtaining a YELL debit card has no associated fee.
  • Card Replacement: Free. Replacing a lost or stolen YELL debit card has no fee.
  • ATM Withdrawals (In-Network): Free. Withdrawals at ATMs within the Allpoint network are free of charge.
  • ATM Withdrawals (Out-of-Network): A $2.50 fee applies to out-of-network ATM withdrawals. Additional fees may be charged by the ATM operator, even if the transaction is not completed.

General YELL Services

  • App Download: Free. The YELL app can be downloaded without any charge.
  • Account Setup: Free. Setting up an account is completely free.
  • Monthly Account Maintenance: Free. There are no monthly maintenance fees for a YELL account.

What are the Fees for Spending, Sending, and Receiving Money with YELL?

Spending Money

  • In-Store Purchases: Free. No fee applies when making in-store purchases using the YELL Mastercard.
  • Online Purchases: Free. Online purchases with the YELL Mastercard are also free of charge.

Sending Money

  • To YELL Customers: Free. Sending money to other YELL customers incurs no fees.

Receiving Money

  • From YELL Customers: Free. There is no fee for receiving money from other YELL users.
  • Via Direct Deposits: Free. Direct deposits into the YELL wallet are also free.

What should I do if a transaction fails?

If a transaction fails, first check your account balance to ensure you have sufficient funds and confirm that all payment details are correct. Additionally, make sure your internet connection is stable and that your app is updated. If the issue persists, contact your bank for further assistance, and if necessary, reach out to YELL Customer Support for help.

Can I cancel a deposit after confirming it?

Once the transaction is confirmed, please be aware that it cannot be canceled. This means that after you finalize the depositing process, any changes or cancellations will not be permitted. It’s important to double-check all details before confirming your transaction to ensure everything is accurate and meets your needs. However, if you decide that you no longer need the funds in your YELL account, you do have the option to withdraw at any time. Just keep in mind that the deposit itself cannot be reversed after confirmation.

To minimize the risk of accidental transactions, YELL features multiple confirmation steps. Each time you attempt to send money, a pop-up notification will appear, allowing you to review and confirm the transaction details once more. This process ensures you have the opportunity to cancel or proceed with full awareness, helping you avoid unintended payments. Always double-check the recipient’s information before confirming to ensure your funds are sent to the correct person.
