Personal Information that We Collect
To provide you our services, we collect the following types of information:

Do We Sell Your Personal Data?
No. You have the right to opt out of any future sales of your personal information, which you can do by logging into the Yell app, navigating to Settings, and disabling the Receive Newsletters setting.
Your Other Rights as a Consumer
You have the right to be notified what kinds of information we collect about you, which this Disclosure provides.
You have the right to know what information we have collected about you. You may request a copy of our personal information records about you by calling (877) 390-4076, or by emailing us at Support@yellpayment.com. Once we verify your identity, you will receive a PDF of the data we have collected within [45] days.
You have the right to request that we delete all of your personal information, which you can do by calling (877) 390-4076, or by emailing us at Support@yellpayment.com. We will verify your identity before acting on such a request. By law, we can refuse to delete specific pieces of your information if we need them to uphold a contract, investigate fraud, comply with the law, or for certain other specified purposes. Any information that doesn’t fall under these exceptions would still be deleted.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
- Deny you our goods or services.
- Charge you different rates or impose penalties.
- Give you a different level of service.
- Suggest that you may receive a different price or a different level of service.
We might offer you financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that are voluntary, opt-in, and reasonably related to the value of your personal information.
